Um, so I read last night in a book that by four months, your baby is supposed to be able to hold up his head and chest, and this is achieved through ample tummy time. I kind of forgot about tummy time, what with the def-con-five status of our laundry, etc., so the kid can barely rise above a face plant…whoops.
Where Dreams Really Do Come True
I quoted this to somebody the other day who was bragging on their grandchild’s amazing ability to lift his head. Just to point out to her that it doesn’t really matter. Although my mom still brags about my one-year-old drawing ability. She is the only one who cares. I can’t draw now.
